1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) unless damaged
  • Opened or used products

3. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method or wallet

4. Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • No cancellation after shipment
